This is the rarest lot of coffee magic we have ever had the privilege of roasting. Something we truly don't take lightly around here. Each batch is roasted at 5lb increments with the utmost of attention to detail and the intention to imbue wonder and joy.
This is our first time designing jars and labels and we are so excited on how they came out! Each Legendary Series Coffee order comes in an 80g. jar nestled in a hand screen printed box with a full color min print!
To best handle this coffee we will be roasting it once a month and all orders will be roasted and fulfilled on that day.

Grind: Medium Coarse (on Baratza Encore / Virtuoso 17)
Water: 300ml of at 202 degrees Fahrenheit
Bloom: 40ml of water saturating the coffee. Let sit for 1 minute 2nd Pour: Pour in circles until your at 100ml
Final Pulse Pours: Add 20-40ml of water each pour until reaching 300ml. Allow coffee to drain almost fully between pours.
Final Brew Time: 3-4 minutes
