We are experiencing some delays at many steps along the shipping process.
My package is taking longer than usual.
USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume as well as limited employee availability due to COVID-19 surges, which have resulted in shipping delays across the country. The Philadelphia region has been very heavily impacted by these delays
My package is still in "Pre-Shipment" according to the tracking info provided.
We see this happen occasionally to packages that have left BCR and are in the custody of the post office. Often, these packages are delivered before their tracking info is updated. If your package has been in this state for 10+ days, please email us at email@example.com with your order # so we can resolve the matter. If you ordered the La Palma y El Tucan Legendary Java for the 12/17 roast date and haven't received your package please email us ASAP, we will replace it with the next roast on 1/28.
Why is my package is in a different part of the country?
This isn't an uncommon occurrence! Typically, these issues stem from a USPS sorting error. Your coffee is still headed to the address on the order!
Can you offer shipping through a different service?
Not at this time, BUT we are working to add additional shipping options and the systems to accommodate them. We expect to have more diverse options available by mid February.
